Pudgy Perch-No Break Guarantee
Pudgy Perch's handmade, double hardware perches over 2 inches in diameter have a 10 year no-break guarantee if used indoors as a perch as intended, and the perch breaks apart within ten years, it will be replaced for FREE. Shipping and handling not included. Double hardware, 1.5 inch to 2 inch perches have a 5 year no-break guarantee if used indoors as a perch as intended, and the perch breaks apart within five years, it will be replaced for FREE. Shipping and handling not included.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Pudgy Perch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your bird perch or feeder, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund. Shipping, restocking, and merchant fees are born by the customer. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fee will apply. Reach out to our customer service for a return authorization.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time. However, in the future, we will proudly ship our handcrafted bird perches and feeders to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the location. Please check our shipping policy for more details.
