Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Pudgy Perch. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. You can return items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees will apply prior to return. Pudgy Perch's handmade, double hardware perches over 2 inches in diameter have a 10 year no-break guarantee if used indoors as a perch as intended, and the perch breaks apart within ten years, it will be replaced for FREE. Shipping and handling not included. Double hardware, 1.5 to 2 inch perches have a 5 year no-break guarantee if used indoors as a perch as intended, and the perch breaks apart within five years, it will be replaced for FREE.
